MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT'S CHARTER SERVICE DIVISION
1. Manage the bills and payment vouchers within 8 days at Johor Land Office.
2. To manage the extension of contract staff within 6 months before the date of expiry of the contract.
3. Replying to the question of audit not later than one month from the date of receipt.
4. To ensure that the management of personnels' service record is in orderly manner.
5. Coordination, planning and trainning of staffs for 7-day course anually are compulsory for each officer and government staffs which in accordance with circular No. 6 of 2005.
6. Ensuring the supplies and services for office use is adequate.
